Yemen 12.5kg 26.5l Lpg Cylinder

Minnuo is the first manufacturer to design and produce 12.5 kg LPG cylinders for the Yemeni, and Honduran markets. It is made of high-quality HP295, which means it will withstand the most demanding use. Compliant with ISO ISO4706, Yemeni Standard Specification Project No 151/2011

Minnuo is a leading LPG cylinder manufacturer in China.1-150kg LPG cylinders with various shapes, 6 million per year cylinders production capacity at a super competitive price.
The 26.5l LPG cylinder is mainly for Yemen and Honduran markets and fills with 12.5kg LPG gas, It can be used for two months as usual. which is very convenient for end users who do not need to refill their gas frequently.
The valve has BV certification. The gas cylinders undergo rigorous testing before sending goods. We provide self-inspection and SGS, TUV, and BV third-party testing certificates.

Why high height is not suitable for you ?

Now the market is the emergence of two heights of cylinders, they claim that high height is even better, but this is not good for you.

Manufacturing & Test

The production of 12.5KG LPG cylinders is strictly in accordance with ISO4706, Yemeni Standard Specification Project No 151/2011 standard. We offer the highest quality and competitive price

The raw material cylinder body is made of HP295, base Q235B from the world’s top 500 steel mills, we conduct chemical material analysis and mechanical property analysis. We provide raw material analysis reports.

Automatic welding eliminates manual errors and improves the passing rate and smooth weld seam.
Non-destructive testing is also performed at this stage to check the internal and external quality of the cylinders without damaging them. This may include techniques such as ultrasonic testing, magnetic particle inspection, and X-ray testing.

We conduct full tests. Once the cylinders have passed all the necessary tests and inspections, they are subjected to hydrostatic testing, where they are filled with water and pressurized to ensure that they can withstand the required pressure without bursting.

Finally, the cylinders are tested for gas tightness to ensure that they do not leak when in use. This is typically done by filling the cylinder with gas and measuring the pressure drop over a set period of time. If the pressure drop is within acceptable limits, the cylinder is deemed to be gas-tight and ready for use.
